7-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your JP Enterprisee purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
- Custom-fitted or altered garments cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return?

Go to the "My Orders" or "Track Order" section on our website.

Select the item you wish to return and click on "Return/Exchange".

Pack the item securely and our courier partner will pick it up from your doorstep within 48 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality checks, we will initiate your refund:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be provided as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer.
